Charleston Middle School recently held a Principal’s and Superintendent’s List breakfast to reward the students making A’s and B’s and all A’s for the third nine-weeks.
The event was sponsored by Friendship East Baptist Church. We would like to thank the pastor, Dr. Ben Kennedy, and all of the members for their hard work and dedication to our students.
The church members came in extremely early and cooked an excellent breakfast for over 200 people. The students on the Superintendent’s List were rewarded with a gift card, as well.
There were 71 students on the Principal’s List and 14 on the Superintendent’s List.
Dr. Kennedy spoke to the students about being a leader and not a follower.
We would like to thank each parent for their unwavering support of CMS and their child.
Our vision of becoming a B school by 2018 will only be met with the continued support of our community and our parents.
Congratulations to each student, and we look forward to seeing you on the list again in May!
