Recent men’s luncheon was ‘huge success,’ with attendees from 14 churches

Editor, Sun-Sentinel:

I would like to thank all those who came to the men’s luncheon at the Paducah Wells Church of God of Prophecy on Aug. 24. It was a huge success, with delicious food and wonderful fellowship.

Our speaker, Brother Truman Scarborough, was soul-inspiring as he spoke of the need for “power-full” spirit-filled men to come to the front and lead our families.

There were 41 in attendance representing 14 churches in this first men’s luncheon, and we look forward to many more opportunities for men to come together to fellowship and learn more of God’s Word. I am looking forward with great anticipation to our next meeting. God bless all who attended. We welcome everyone to come visit us anytime.
