Flautt III executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Russell Fava, Trustee, First National Bank of Clarksdale, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2023 at Page 164, of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District; and
WHEREAS, on or about the 8th day of March, 2023, Jack G. Flautt III executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Russell Fava, Trustee, First National Bank of Clarksdale, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2023 at Page 176, of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District; and
WHEREAS, on or about the 5th day of September, 2023, Jack G. Flautt III executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Russell Fava, Trustee, First National Bank of Clarksdale, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2023 at Page 775, of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Lands on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District; and
WHEREAS, said Deeds of Trust authorized the appointment and substitution of another Trustee in the place of the Trustee named in said Deeds of Trust, and First National Bank of Clarksdale, pursuant to said Deeds of Trust, substituted James P. Wilson, Jr. as Trustee in the place of the original Trustee, by written instrument dated July 7, 2026 and filed for record on July 7, 2026, in Book 2026 at Page 555, in the land records of the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, Second Judicial District; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deeds of Trust, which default continues, and First National Bank of Clarksdale, the legal holder of the note(s) secured by said Deeds of Trust, having requested the undersigned to sell the property described hereinafter for the purpose of satisfying the indebtedness and costs of sale.

The proposals will include the furnishing of dairy products, gasoline, diesel fuel, graduation supplies, graduation pictures and school pictures for the 2026/27 school year (effective July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.)
Specifications and descriptions of the items needed are open to public inspection at the Office of the Superintendent of Schools at the West Tallahatchie School District Office in Sumner, Mississippi. Interested firms or individuals may obtain copies.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for the period of thirty (30) days. All quotations must be on a delivered price basis. The West Tallahatchie School District reserves the right to cancel bids if services are not satisfactory (based upon availability, delivery, customer service, etc.) at any given time without notice.
