WHEREAS, on May 9, 2011, a certain Deed of Trust was executed by Melvin E. Little and Bertha C. Little, as mortgagor or borrower, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Urban Financial Group, Inc., its successors and assigns, as mortgagee or lender, and Alan E.
