He was born November 1, 1950, in Charleston, the son of Luther Edward Winters and Sarah Mildred Allbritton. Radford was a hardworking man who spent many years as a scrap metal dealer. His music was more than a pastime — it was a meaningful way for him to glorify God and encourage those around him. Radford was an active and faithful member of New Bethel Holiness Church, where his presence, faith and musical gifts were deeply appreciated.
Radford will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love of music and the steadfast faith that guided his life. His talents and devotion touched many, and his memory will be lovingly cherished by all who knew him.
