• Ira Jackson, 40, of Eskridge Street, Charleston, guilty of simple assault, fine/fees $1,367.25, 60-day jail sentence suspended on the condition that Jackson stays away from the victim and Terry’s Sports Bar, banned from Terry’s Sports Bar for a period of two years
