Judge Tara Lang handed down the following decisions during the Nov. 2 and Nov. 16 sessions of Charleston Municipal Court, according to information on file in the municipal court clerk’s office.

Nov. 2

• Boris A. Brown, 29, of 297 Salem Church Road, Grenada, guilty of driving with a suspended license, $316

• John E. Collins, 52, of 4115 W. Cherrywood Lane, Brown Deer, Wisconsin, had a charge of speeding (20 mph or more over the posted limit) remanded to court files.

• Jackie Davis, 40, of 21 Elizabeth St., Charleston, guilty of improper/no tag, $197.25

• Derell J. Dorsey, 22, of 8195 Highway 7 S., Holcomb, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166

• Ke’Antronie Edwards, 18, of 136 County Road 3, Scobey, failed to appear, guilty of reckless driving, $226

• Keeyon B. Edwards, 19, of 53 Eskridge St. Ext., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of expired/no driver’s license, $316; guilty of sudden/erratic speed, $166

• Lakendrick D. Edwards, 36, of 615 W. Magnolia St., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of improper/no tag, $197.25; guilty of driving with a suspended license, $316

• Kimberly Field, 34, of 9801 Goodman Road, Olive Branch, guilty of shoplifting (first offense), $347.25. She was ordered to pay restitution of $20.99 to SuperValu and was barred from SuperValu for a period of two years.

• Clarissa J. Gant, 31, of 502 McNulty Road, Oakland, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166

• Mystikal Kuykendall, 18, of 1220 Fir St., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166; guilty of expired/ no driver’s license, $316

• Laurnea Pittman, 23, of 1102½ S. Galena Ave., Freeport, Illinois, had a charge of driving with a suspended license remanded to files.

• Bennie J. Simmons, 27, of 315 Gibson Ave., Glendora, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166

• Glenn T. Todd, 35, of 3304 Oak Grove Road, Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166

• Stephan D. Tyler, 23, of 231 N. Handy, Sikeston, Missouri, guilty of speeding (20 mph or more over limit), $186

Nov. 16

• Andrea Amro, 28, of 1200 Teasdale Road, Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166; guilty of improper/no tag, $197.25

• Shaniqua Baker, 30, of 393 E. Walnut St., Charleston, had a charge of disturbing the peace by intimidation remanded.  Both the plaintiff and defendant were ordered to stay away from each other for one year. If the order is violated, the instigator will serve 30 days in the local jail.

• Gerald Buckley, 55, of 3238 W. Main St., Charleston, guilty of no proof of liability insurance, $436; guilty of expired/no driver’s license, $316; guilty of reckless driving, $226; a charge of leaving the scene with property damage was remanded for 30 days.

• Jasmine O. Cox, 25, of 735 Railroad Ave., Grenada, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166; guilty of possession of paraphernalia, $274.25

• Patricia D. Denman, 57, of 15 Pine Hill Church Road, Oakland, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166

• Damian Friday, 26, of 200 Allen St., Charleston, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166

• Allen Griffin, 41, of 260 Bonner Road, Enid, failed to appear, guilty of improper/no tag, $197.25; guilty of no proof of liability insurance, $416

• Nikki Kendall, 33, of 504 Bethel Road, Enid, failed to appear, guilty of possession of paraphernalia, $274.25. The sentence was handed down after the court did not receive confirmation that Kendall completed a court-approved drug rehabilitation program.

• Malcolm Leland, 56, of 1574 Hickory St., Oakland, guilty of improper equipment, $151

• Charles Pipkin, 30, of 1390 County Road 211, Coffeeville, guilty of no proof of liability insurance, $316.  A charge of improper/no tag was dismissed after Pipkin provided proof of purchase of a tag.  Pipkin was assessed court costs of $50.

• Vanderrius Taylor, 20, of 18 E. Hamilton Road, Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (20 mph or more over limit), $196; guilty of expired/no driver’s license, $316; guilty of no proof of liability insurance, $416

• Reko Tellis, 35, of Route 2, Box 54, Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166; guilty of driving with a suspended license, $316

• Travis Woodson, 40, of 182 UPS Road, Charleston, guilty of driving with a suspended license, $316
