• Kolby S. Armstead, 20, of 242 Eskridge St., Charleston, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), $166
• Gerald A. Bradford, 45, of 799 E. Chestnut St., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of domestic violence simple assault, $507.25

• Zaveon Hogue, 17, of 1173 Nell St., Charleston, had charges of expired/no driver’s license and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage dismissed after completing a defensive driving course.
• Dlarrio Horton, 26, of 279 County Road 178, Oakland, failed to appear, guilty of driving with a suspended license under the state’s DUI law, $519
• Vickie L. Kimble, 45, of 40 Mounce Road, Charleston, who pleaded no contest to a charge of no proof of liability insurance, was ordered to pay state and city assessments totaling $316. The usual fine was waived because the defendant purchased insurance after she had received the citation.
