• Jaquille Barnes, 24, of Birch Street, Charleston, had a charge of civil contempt for failure to pay back fines dismissed after a payment plan was established.
• Trendell A. Bland, 26, of 1224 Kimble Dr., Charleston, guilty of no proof of liability insurance, $456; charges of improper equipment, expired/ no driver’s license and possession of paraphernalia were remanded to court files
• Sherry L. Bridgeman, 57, of 122 Fawn Lake Road, Coffeeville, guilty of speeding (1-9 mph), $146
• Anthony Brooks, 23, of 16 Brooks Dr., Cascilla, guilty of speeding (1-9 mph), $146
• Lesidrick Carter, 33, of 19940 Highway 35 N., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of simple assault by threat, $377.25; guilty of exhibiting a weapon, $447.25
• Jasmine Clark, 25, of 1038 Cedar St., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of child restraint violation, $141
• The case of Heather Cox, 43, of 1190 Mudline Road, Enid, charged with simple possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia, was transferred to First Judicial District justice court.
• Samantha K. Davis, 30, of 5350 Wellesley Dr., Riverdale, Georgia, had a charge of speeding (20 mph and over) dismissed after she completed a court-ordered adult defensive driving course.
• John A. Griffin, 69, of 52 Pine Hill Road, Oakland, failed to appear, guilty of failure to observe traffic sign, $151
• Deon Hawkins, 27, of 421 Cree St., Webb, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph), $166
• Carlo Haywood, 45, of 11 Depot St., Charleston, had a charge of petty larceny of personal property of another dismissed after a payment plan was allowed by the judge.
• Alashia Houston, 16, of 15 Lot 2B Marshall St., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of expired/no driver’s license, $316
• Lorenzo Johnson, 32, of 220 Karen St., Oxford, had a charge of speeding (10-19 mph) remanded to court files.
• Jimmie Kimbrell, 58, of 93 Byars Road, Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of speeding (20 mph and over), $196
• James A. Laws, 46, of 41 Levee View Road, Cascilla, guilty of simple possession of marijuana, $324.25
• Rebecca Lee, 31, of 2392 Brewer Road, Oakland, had a charge of driving while license suspended dismissed after she provided proof of reinstatement of the license. Court costs of $50 were assessed.
