• Beyonce L. Davis, 19, of 709 N. Sarah St., Charleston, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), fine/fees $166
• Heaven M. Griffin, 40, of 12 Garrett Road, Webb, guilty of child restraint violation, fine/fees $141. She also had a charge of improper/no tag dismissed after purchasing a tag. She was ordered to pay court costs of $50.
• Corderek M. Holmes, 26, of 82 Tandy Road, Charleston, guilty of failure to signal, fine/fees $151
• Johnno Jenkins, 30, of 200 Reuben Smith Circle, Cleveland, guilty of domestic violence simple assault, fine/fees $447.25 and ordered to 15 days in jail
• Jermaine J. Johnson, 39, of 195 Tallaha Road, Charleston, failed to appear, found guilty of two counts of uttering forgery, fine/fees $694.50, and sentenced to 15 days in jail
• Early Jones, 44, of 420 Eskridge St., Charleston, had a charge of civil contempt for failure to pay back fines dismissed after he was sentenced to serve five days in jail, at $100 per day credit applied to his back fine of $555.18.

• The case of Monica Tellis, 33, of 3065 County Road 170, Oakland, charged with a third offense of domestic violence simple assault, was transferred to justice court because a third offense is considered a felony

• Matthew T. Barefoot, 26, of 95 Brown Circle, Charleston, had a charge of improper equipment dismissed after he got a headlight fixed, but he was assessed court costs of $50.

• Breonna D. Edwards, 22, of 2509 Foxchase, Greenville, failed to appear, found guilty of speeding (20 or more mph over limit), fine/fees $176
• The case of Marion Frost, 37, of 603 N. Sarah St., Charleston, charged with domestic violence aggravated assault, was continued after he failed to appear.
• Earnest Goliday, 26, of 4788 Highway 32 Central, Charleston, guilty of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), fine/fees $166
• Benton Goodloe, 46, of 2525 Crestview Road, Wimauma, Florida, failed to appear, found guilty of driving while license suspended, fine/fees $316; found guilty of improper equipment, fine/fees $151
• Vernice L. Johnson, 39, of 300 Depot St., Charleston, had a charge of driving while license suspended dismissed after providing proof that she had gotten her license reinstated, but she still was assessed court costs of $50. On a charge of speeding (10-19 mph over limit), she was assessed fine/fees of $166.
• Trenton F. McCord, 26, of 102 Murphy Road, Charleston, failed to appear, found guilty of improper equipment, fine/fees $151; found guilty of driving while license suspended, fine/fees $316; found guilty of no proof of liability insurance, fine/fees $416, reflecting a reduced fine because the defendant purchased insurance after being ticketed; guilty of leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage, fine/fees $216
