• Jarvay Donell Taylor, 24, of 25 Nell St., Charleston, failed to appear, guilty of driving while license suspended, $411

• L.V. Taylor, age unavailable, of 775 Sharkey Road, Charleston, was found guilty of domestic violence simple assault, fined $537 and given a 10-day suspended jail sentence. Taylor subsequently filed a motion to appeal the court’s decision.
