WEBB — Robert “Bob” Bernard Flautt, age 73, a farmer, died Saturday, Dec. 28, at his home.
Visitation will be 1:30 - 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at Sumner Presbyterian Church in Sumner. The memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. Meredith Nowell Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
Bob earned a PHD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas. Bob was lovingly known as “Dr. Bob.”
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Gay and Sara Buehler Flautt; and brothers, Edwin Rode Flautt and Richard Harris Flautt.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lisa Chadwick Flautt of Webb; son, Robert Chadwick Flautt of Dallas, Texas; brothers, William Gay Flautt Jr. of Oxford, Mike Flautt of Swan Lake, David (Teresa) Flautt of Oxford, Stephen (Jennifer) Flautt of Webb, Andrew (Crystal) Flautt of Grenada; sister, Sara Emily Flautt (Geoff) Wilson of Glendora; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
