Joel and Celeste Williams of Charleston are pleased to announce the birth of their first child, a daughter, Rosalyn Elise Williams, born Wednesday, January 28, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.
She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 18 inches in length.
Maternal grandparents are James and Jody Wine of Charleston.
Paternal grandparents are Nick and Kasey Williams of Charleston.
Great-grandparents are Joe and Joanne Young, Jeanie Wine and the late Mike Wine; and Joe and LaJuanda Williams, Marilyn Grantham and the late Larry Grantham.
