Judge Tara Lang handed down the following decisions during the Oct. 2 session of Charleston Municipal Court, according to information obtained from the municipal court clerk’s office.
• Christopher Brooks, 33, of Brooks Drive, Cascilla, guilty of disorderly conduct, fine/fees $247.25
• Fernando P. Buckley, 43, of West Main Street, Charleston, guilty of public drunk, sentenced to serve three days in jail, with credit for three days served. No fines or assessments. Given 30 days to secure employment and make payment arrangement on $3,812.88 in back fines.
• Monquite Kirk, 31, of Chestnut Street, Charleston, guilty of failure to signal, fine/fees $151
• Charles L. Miller, 36, of South Waverly Street, Charleston, guilty of trespassing, fine/fees $347.25
• Tykerria J. Murray, 20, of Marshall Road, Charleston, guilty of trespassing, fine/fees $347.25
