DREW CENTRAL, Ark. — They walked into the gym labeled as underdogs. They walked out holding the trophy.
The Dumas Jr. Ladycats are officially District Tournament Champions, defeating Drew Central on their home floor 31-24 in a statement victory that showcased heart, growth, and championship grit. The Jr. Ladycats finished their season with 11-5 overall wins and 5-1 conference wins.
After finishing the regular season as Conference Runner-Ups, the Ladycats refused to let the story end there. Instead, they responded with a push for the win when it mattered most.
