Here at Tallahatchie General Hospital Extended Care Facility, we enjoyed many fun things in the month of May.
We enjoyed celebrating ECF appreciation week with loads of fun with our staff and residents. One of our most enjoyed activities was an outside wheelchair race. I can say that nothing was more fun than watching residents beat the staff of TGH during these races!
During this week, though, the most important thing we wanted to celebrate was being a part of our TGH family. We know we would not be here without these wonderful residents and the amazing staff that work tirelessly to provide the upmost care to them.
It was enjoyable to have a time where we could all join together for a week of celebrating each other.
We also got to enjoy on Memorial Day some snow cones! We want to thank Mr. Earl A. Tellis, owner of Tiger Biz Snow Cones, for coming out and providing some red, white and blue snow cones to our residents as we remembered and honored those who fought for us.
We hope to have many more exciting things to share with you all coming June!
