“I Wanna Go Home” is the book title. It is a biographical account of the lives of Carolyn and Phillip Tillman, heavily weighted with his 22 years in the military. There will be a book signing in the Tillatoba Baptist Church Fellowship Hall on July 29 from 2-4 p.m. Books are gifts from Phillip and family. However, if anyone wishes to make a donation by giving their gift to the church or charity of their choice in memory of Carolyn and Harvey Tillman, they may do so. Ryan Donovan, son of Stephen and Emily Tillman Donovan of Belzoni and grandson of Johnny Tillman of Tillatoba, will be present to entertain at intervals with his violin. Light refreshments will be served.

Guess who said they were dancing through her workouts to get her muscles to curve instead of bulge? Did the Bop, the Twist and the Locomotion while making a few loaves of peanut butter bread. All that stirring should have helped. Yep, Martha Box! She also enjoyed great music, a wonderful visit and supper at Carmella’s last Tuesday.
Loved, loved loved Friday’s ventriloquist at Tillatoba Baptist Church. Wish you could have seen all those happy, beautiful children!
Martha got dressed for church Sunday morning, got in the car and said, “Lord, lead me where you would have me today,” and He did. She landed at Willow Springs Assembly of God. The message was so for her, she said. Bro. Tommy preached a strong message to “Dance for the Lord” when the spirit moves us. And such touching singing and music.
