SUMNER — Rotary District 6800 Governor Dave Rylander of Collierville, Tennessee, and Governor-elect Willis Frazer of Clarksdale visited the Summer Rotary Club Oct. 29 to meet with chapter officers and help jumpstart programming in support of this year’s theme, “The Magic of Rotary.”
Summer Rotary Club, in collaboration with CoreCivic, is hosting a free holiday community luncheon to give back to the community.
