Some residents are in need of assistance in the TGH Extended Care Facility nursing home.
Relatives of many there provide for all the personal needs of their loved ones. However, some are lacking in the areas of personal hygiene, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, body wash, clothing and reading materials.
The nursing home Auxiliary provides funds for holiday parties, birthday celebrations, some postage and some reading materials. However, the Auxiliary’s funds are quite limited.
Individuals, churches and businesses are asked to consider donating $100 annually to the Auxiliary fund.
You may be approached within the next two months by an Auxiliary member requesting this one-time annual donation, or any monetary amount, which will be greatly appreciated.
