OAKLAND — The Friends of Cossar State Park would like to invite the public to join them in honoring Cossar State Park Manager Rich Ross of Oakland for the 26 years of service he has provided the Cossar Park community.
The reception will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Feb. 13 at the park. Ross officially retires on Jan. 31.
