The Charleston Police Department’s trunk or treat event was held Saturday evening, Oct. 30, on Court Square in Charleston.
Several establishments, including the Charleston Arts and Revitalization Effort (CARE), also set up specially decorated booths outside their places of business to pass out candy and other goodies to dozens of ghosts, ghouls and goblins that showed up for the festivities.
