Second District U.S. Rep. Bennie G. Thompson has announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development has awarded $779,000, in the form of a grant in the amount of $584,000 and a loan in the amount of $195,000, through the Water and Waste Disposal Loans and Grants Programs to the Cascilla Water Association Inc.
