Charleston cyclists pedal to Tippo in name of health

A group of Charleston-area biking enthusiasts made the 11.6-mile trek to Tippo Saturday as part of “Test and Tune,” the Mayor’s Health Council’s first bike hike of the year.
The cycling adventure started at the 3-Way Restaurant and continued westward on Highway 32 before turning onto Tippo Road and ending at the Tippo Post Office.
