Betty Alayna Mullen, 9-year-old daughter of Paxton and DeeAnna Mullen of Charleston, was recently a contestant at a state pageant from which she brought home the title of Young Miss of Mississippi and several other awards. In early July, during the nationals in Virginia, she will compete for the title of Young Miss of America.
