On Saturday, April 20, the city of Charleston sponsored its first spring festival, headlined "A Day on the Square."
The event, set up on the south side of the Tallahatchie County Courthouse in Charleston, featured vendor booths offering retail goods, educational materials about health and more. Several food vendors were on hand, and there were two inflatable bouncy houses for the children.
The Easter Bunny even paid a visit, on the day before Easter Sunday.
