ROSEBLOOM — The annual Rosebloom Recreational Park Independence Day celebration will be held Saturday, June 29.
Festivities will get underway with a gospel singing starting at 5 p.m., followed by a time of speechmaking by the politicians. Local candidates are invited to speak for a $25 fee. State candidates are asked to pay $100.
Capping off the night will be a patriotic program and a grand finale fireworks show.
Booth space is available to rent for $25 for vendors and office seekers alike.
A concession stand will churn out catfish, hamburger and hot dog plates.
