CHARLESTON — Martin Derrick Melton, age 72, of the Paynes community, passed away Monday, Aug. 11, at his home.
He is survived by his children, Gwen Melton of Batesville and Bill Melton of Macon, Ga.; and a sister.
A memorial service will be held at a later time. Newsom Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
