CHARLESTON — Joe Davis Wilcox Sr., age 90, of Charleston, passed away peacefully on July 30.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 1, at Methodist Church in Charleston with interment following in Charleston Cemetery. Newsom Funeral Home had charge.
He was born on January 5, 1935, in Winona to Phonso and Maude Wilcox.
