Legacies celebrated in Charleston

Charleston hosted a couple of “legacy” events Saturday.

First was the 10th annual Birdia Keglar Legacy Celebration, which honors the memory and the lasting contributions of late civil rights icon Birdia Beatrice Gray Clark Keglar of Charleston.
