The Plantation Garden Club received awards recently at The Garden Clubs of Mississippi Inc. Fall Hills & Delta District meeting held in Water Valley.
The club received a Certificate of Achievement for being a Blue Ribbon Club.
The Plantation Garden Club also received Certificates of Merit for their work in a number of areas: Adopt-a-Park, Backyard Habitat, Civic Development/ Improvement, Floral Design, Gardens, Garden Information Center, Historic Preservation and/or Restoration, Landscape Design, Plant-It-Pink, and Conservation and Natural Resources.
The awards presented were based on the 2024-2025 Club President’s Report completed by immediate past president Lyn Gates.
