Jarvis Edwards, 22, of 433 Rosalind St., Charleston, is out on a bond of $10,000 after his Friday afternoon arrest for allegedly firing a gun at a car in front of his home.
He is charged with two counts of attempted aggravated assault and shooting into an occupied vehicle, according to Charleston Police Chief John Page.
