In-person and mail-in absentee ballots for the general election are now available at circuit clerk offices in Charleston and Sumner.

The last day to vote in-person is Nov. 2, while mail-in absentee ballots must be postmarked on or before election day on Nov. 5.
Anyone who is not registered to vote but would like to cast a ballot in the general election must submit a voter registration application by Oct. 7.
