The West Tallahatchie Alumni Booster Club recently recognized several students for their outstanding achievements during award ceremonies held at R.H. Bearden Elementary School and West Tallahatchie School District.
During the sixth-grade promotion ceremony May 21, sixth-grade student Landin Johnson was honored with a Certificate of Excellence for his outstanding performance on the field as a member of the West Tallahatchie Junior High football team.
During the West Tallahatchie High School Awards Ceremony held May 21, the booster club recognized Ethan Collier and Tradassah Green, who received Certificates of Excellence for their academic achievement and exemplary service as outstanding members of the West Tallahatchie Beta Club.
Additional awards were presented during the West Tallahatchie Athletic Banquet on May 27. Ta’nyla Washington, Cameron Christian and Jayden Sample were honored for their excellence both in the classroom and on the field, demonstrating a commitment to academic success and athletic achievement.
The West Tallahatchie Alumni Booster Club congratulates these students for their hard work, dedication and positive representation of West Tallahatchie schools.
