A Wing bingo continues to grow as more new residents arrive and join the fun. I don’t know what it is about bingo, but both wings turn out to participate weekly. It is my sincere hope that one day our Tuesday night bingo can start up again.
There are so many fun community interactions that we miss. It is amazing what a Little Debbie treat will do for attendance. Ha!
On B Wing, puzzles are continuing to challenge a few residents. The one in the photos below was brought by Buddy Harbin’s daughter and gave all of us a few days of contemplation. There was no square outline, which had us all puzzled. Imagine that!
Our COVID cases remained small with only two workers and one resident. This was really a relief to all of us. At the present time we are COVID-free.
Our church services have started for 2023. We want to thank Ken Watson and his congregation for leading us during the month of January. Churches can only bring two to three people, so Rev. Watson brought his wife Beverly, and Harvey Byars, who brought a beautiful message in song.
Special thanks goes out to Joe May at First Baptist Church for helping set up the yearly schedule of churches. It is not an easy job and ECF is grateful for his support.
