The city of Charleston held its second Neighborhood Watch discussion meeting on Thursday, Feb. 29, in the courtroom at Charleston City Hall. Mayor Sedrick Smith, who moderated, said it is just the second meeting “of many to come,” and noted that the next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 14, at 6 p.m. in the same location.
