CARE recently held its first social event since the pandemic began.
Members of the Charleston Arts and Revitalization Effort hosted an art show Friday, May 14, featuring the photography of Kelly Paris of Oakland. An estimated 50-60 community members turned out to admire and purchase her work and to enjoy the music of featured musician Mark “Muleman” Massey.
Thank you to everyone who attended CARE's first event of the year on Friday night at the CARE gallery.

CARE would also like to thank Kelly Paris for sharing her amazing photography, and Mark Massey for his wonderful music for the evening.
CARE wants to extend a special thank you to the event sponsor, Ed Hargett.
Everyone is invited to join CARE for their next event on Friday, June 11, featuring an evening of gospel music with Brother Lamar Davis. Not only is Bro. Davis a great musician, he is also a wonderful artist and we look forward to showcasing his work during this event.
Hope to see you there.
