A Scobey man charged in the shooting death of a Marks teen and the attempted aggravated assault of two others in Charleston faces an upcoming murder trial in Tallahatchie County Circuit Court, and more than a dozen other cases are pending, according to documents on file at the circuit clerk’s office in Charleston.
