OKOLONA — Willie O’Neal “Billy” Whitlock, 90, passed away Sunday, Nov. 1, at his daughter’s home in Charleston.
Graveside services are 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, at Adams Arbor Church of God of Prophecy. Holland Funeral Directors, Okolona, had charge of arrnagements.
