The Charleston property of Billy Ray and Patricia Champion, located at 249 Clay St., has been selected by the Charleston Magnolia Garden Club as their “Yard of the Month” award recipient for March. The club designates a Charleston-area lawn for the beautification honor based on a set of criteria which takes into account a property’s appearance and the attractiveness of its overall landscaping design.
