Saturday night’s third annual Mayor’s Charity Ball in Charleston was another outstanding event for the community.
One of the highlights was Mayor Sedrick Smith presenting an oversized ceremonial check in the amount of $2,000 to local American Cancer Society representative Ms. Fannie Morgan.
