Charleston Mayor Sedrick Smith spoke to the Charleston Rotary Club during their noon luncheon meeting on Wednesday, March 13.
The mayor shared his annual “State of the City” address during which he discussed city projects including water and sewer improvements, housing repairs, the community swimming pool and crime prevention.
