Ed Hargett, right, of Charleston was guest speaker for the Aug. 10 noon luncheon meeting of the Charleston Rotary Club. He shared information about the planned Charleston Recovery Center. The center, to be located on Highway 32 east of Charleston, will assist individuals dealing with substance abuse and addiction, as well as behavioral and mental health conditions.
