Monday, Feb. 12, at 5 p.m. is the deadline to register in person to vote in the March 12 presidential primary, which also will include races for U.S. Senate and House.
Circuit clerk offices will be open Saturday, Feb. 10, from 8 a.m. until noon to facilitate in-person registration.
Mail-in new voter registration applications must be postmarked by Feb. 12. A fillable, downloadable mail-in voter registration application, with instructions, is available on the Mississippi secretary of state's website.
