It is post- season baseball time in Mississippi. Southern Miss and Mississippi State will be hosting NCAA Regionals this weekend while Ole Miss will hit the trail to Nebraska to take part in the Lincoln Regionals.
Southern Miss will host Little Rock (36-26), Jacksonville State (46-13) and Virginia (36-21). The Golden Eagles, ninth seed overall, will take on Little Rock at 1 p.m. Friday. It is the Golden Eagles' second consecutive year to host a regional, and fifth overall.

The rapid increase in demand for artificial intelligence as the technology is adopted and implemented by public- and private-sector businesses is driving the surge in data center construction worldwide. Mississippi has been involved in several of those mammoth economic transactions.
