TUTWILER — The last of four known suspects in a recent shooting here has been apprehended, Tutwiler Police Chief Carlos Thompson announced Saturday afternoon.
He said Amarion Fletcher, 16, of 311 Jefferson Ave., Clarksdale, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and is being held on a $350,000 bond.

He said Amarion Fletcher, 16, of 311 Jefferson Ave., Clarksdale, is charged with conspiracy to commit murder and is being held on a $350,000 bond.
Demarion Partee, 18, of Tutwiler, was walking on West Street April 20 between 8 and 9 p.m. when a white SUV pulled up and stopped, four males got out and two allegedly opened fire on Partee, Thompson has said. Partee was shot twice in the head.

Mississippi’s efforts in suicide prevention are ramping up through 988 call centers and crisis intervention training and conferences.
