WEBB — The D.S.4. gospel concert, "A Night to Remember," which had been scheduled for Saturday, March 21, at the former National Guard armory here, has been canceled.
Mayor Tracy Mims announced the cancellation Wednesday morning, explaining that the town of Webb is canceling "sizable social gatherings."
