A Cascilla man died in a one-car crash Saturday morning, Feb. 20, just south of Charleston.
Jimmy Dale Tartt, 70, was northbound on Miss. 35 when he lost control of his Volkswagen and struck a tree, according to Cpl. Joseph Miller of the Mississippi Highway Patrol, who said the accident happened at 9:48.
