Charleston’s ninth annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade and memorial program are set for Monday.
The theme is, “Living the Legacy. Living the Dream.”
The event, which coincides with the national observance of the civil rights leader’s birth, is sponsored by a committee of local residents.
