Two Charleston men are charged with capital murder in the late January death of a Depot Subdivision resident.
Bondevia D. Cosby, 23, of 708 Mulberry St., and Antonius Dogan, 21, of 75 Marshall Rd., Apt. 17, are being held without bond, according to Tallahatchie County Sheriff William Brewer.
